Free Avalanche Awareness Presentations & National Weather Service "Weather & Climate Outlook"

Free Avalanche Awareness Presentations & National Weather Service

These FREE 1 to 1.5 hour Avalanche Awareness presentations cover the key factors which lead to avalanche formation and accidents. Learn how to recognize the clues of instability which nature provides. These introductory courses are a great starting point for avalanche education and a refresher for those who have taken courses before. We are also featuring a National Weather Service meteorologist from Medford, who will give us a short, 1/2 hour presentation on the "Weather & Climate Outlook" for this year!
