Come mingle with all your backcountry besties at the Mount Shasta Avalanche Center's annual season-kickoff and Giving Tuesday Party! It's a chance to catch up with your friends from the Avalanche Center and the community, speculate on what a great winter we're going to have, knock back a cold one or two and, best of all, you get to support the Mount Shasta Avalanche Center!

Y'know what else starts to happen as the snow falls? The groomers get moving up at the Mount Shasta Nordic Center. And, conveniently enough, they're going to be joining us for our Giving Tuesday Party!

North State Giving Tuesday is an online networking and giving event that provides nonprofit organizations the opportunity to gain exposure and start relationships with new donors, and for the people in Shasta, Siskiyou, and Tehama counties to come together to raise as much money as possible for participating organizations within a 14 -hour period. Not to mention, every dollar you donate on Giving Tuesday has the potential to be matched by the Community Foundation of the North State! So make your $$$ count on November 28th by showing your support for the local non-profits and community organizations that you love.
