  • Tree wells showing along with other shallow snowpack hazards, rocks, bushes, etc
  • Above 8,000 feet, coverage is better, though hazards still exist (rocks)
  • No signs of instability in Avalanche Gulch, Green Butte/Sargents Ridges, Sun Bowl, Powder Bowl, Casaval Ridge
  • Concavities and gullies host the best snow coverage
  • Variable sun/wind crusts, sastrugi, scoured, smooth, soft, hard snow surfaces
